Highland Farm is nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, supplying the Northeast with the finest all natural, farm-raised venison since 1989. Our deer are raised on pasture and fed locally grown hay and grain, which helps produce the delicate flavor and subperb tenderness of our venison. Processed year-round in our own plant between 15 and 27 months of age we strive to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and taste. Our farm raised venison is available year round and, in addition to direct ordering, can be found in various local restaurants and stores as well as as at the Rhinebeck and Kingston Farmers Markets at at many Fairs and Festivals throughout the Hudson Valley.
We use no steroids or growth hormones, our meat is All Natural and free of chemical additives.
